Cannabis Sports Tours provides cannabis-friendly sports tourism experiences, including:

• Guided tours to sporting events
• Cannabis-friendly accommodations

4. Legal Compliance

Our services operate exclusively in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal for recreational use. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with all local, state, and federal laws
• Cannabis consumption is only permitted in designated areas
• You are responsible for understanding applicable laws
• You will not transport cannabis across state or international borders
• You will provide valid government-issued identification when required

5. Booking and Payment

Reservations

• All bookings require a $100 deposit
• Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before tour: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund, but may transfer to another tour date subject to availability
• No-shows: No refund

6. Health and Safety

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that:

• Cannabis consumption involves inherent risks
• You consume cannabis products at your own risk
• You should consult a healthcare provider if you have medical concerns
• You will not drive under the influence of cannabis or alcohol
• You will follow all safety guidelines provided by tour guides

7. Conduct and Behavior

Participants must:

• Behave respectfully toward other participants and staff
• Follow all tour guidelines and instructions
• Respect local laws and customs
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not bring outside cannabis products on tours

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

8. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability: Cannabis Sports Tours, its employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Medical emergencies or health issues
• Acts of third parties
• Force majeure events

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during tours are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Strikes or labor disputes
• Pandemic or health emergencies
• Venue closures or cancellations

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
• Substitute venues or activities of equal or greater value
• Cancel tours due to insufficient bookings (minimum 48 hours notice)

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Arbitration conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
